Hometown Foods' local production with natural ingredients is the key to our rapidly growing success. Our noodles are not shipped far and therefore never need to be frozen. Ramen

Classic Japanese ramen is made from wheat flour and has a slightly chewy texture. Ramen is often used in a hot soup with various flavors and fillings such as pork or tofu, vegetables, and eggs.

Udon

Japanese udon noodles are thick, soft, and juicy in their texture. They are made from wheat flour, water, and salt. They have a mild flavor and are popular in soups and stir-fries because they easily absorb flavor from sauces and broths.

Tsukemen

Tsukemen is eaten with a tasty sauce that you dip them in. The sauce is often quite thick for it to stick to the noodles when dipping.

Dough wrappers

Dough wrappers for wonton, dumplings, and yuntun are thin and contain eggs. The dough can be filled with almost anything: vegetables, meat, shrimp.

We produce many different varieties of noodles. Here we collect all noodles that do not fit into the other categories. We also make custom-made noodles according to your unique needs. 

Natural ingredients

Our noodles contain only carefully selected and natural ingredients; flour, salt, kansui (potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate), natural dye (riboflavin B2) and starch. The products are suitable for both professionals in the restaurant industry and private individuals. The taste is traditionally East Asian, just as it should be.
